It came very late. No instructions included. First try out with cold water. It’s really hurts! Pain in nose, cannot continue. Second attempt, with low warm water, this makes a big difference. Its feels much better and result is more free breathing, better smelling and taste. Third try, to learn to dose water by regulating by the dosing knob. Now its works and feel really great. My advise: don’t give up after the first time and always use low warm water! TIP: After flush is ready, bow your head when standing, put your head deep down to your knees. This will drain the remaining water out of your sinus nose pockets. Very happy with purchase!
